Our Fees
We have always been fully transparent with our legal fees and this is something our clients have always appreciated about us. We believe that it is very important to provide full and clear costs information to potential clients so that clients can have peace of mind and feel at ease throughout their case.
We have set out below our legal fees for various types of Immigration applications and cases including the most common type of applications we are instructed on. The fees quoted are for standard applications with no unusual complexities. There may be factors that can affect the cost of a matter for example previous refusals, complications with your Immigration history, if there are multiple dependents, the number of supporting documents, attendance at a Home Office interview etc. We will advise you if the charges should be revised before commencing any work.
The basis of our fees stated below for each type of application is on a ‘fixed fee’ basis. All figures include 20% VAT (if it applies to you). Our fixed fee is on the basis of the work we anticipate we will carry out on your matter as set out here.

TIMESCALE & KEY STAGES
Timescale for Immigration applications depend on so many factors, many of which will not be in your control or ours. In our experience may take between two to twelve months for the standard visa application to be decided. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times for each type of application. This information can be found on the Home Office website.
The key stages in an Immigration application include obtaining required documents which confirm you meet the relevant requirements, completing relevant application forms, submitting documents to the Home Office, carrying out any procedural steps required by Home Office like biometric enrolment. After all these steps are completed, the Home Office is in a position to make a decision on the application.
